01 / REACH BLUEPRINT / ILLUSTRATIVE SPEC STUDY

Reach blueprint

A strategy for getting the right content in front of the right people. This is a proposed teardown framework, not a completed client case study.

Packaging & distribution evidence

PLACEHOLDER / Add the original content, analytics screenshots, and proposed first-frame alternatives.

01 / Diagnose the distribution problem

Separate low exposure from weak packaging. Compare impressions, qualified reach, and click-through against the channel’s own baseline. A strong retention curve with low discovery suggests a different intervention from high impressions with weak clicks.

02 / Rebuild the entry point

Make the audience, problem, and payoff legible before asking for attention. Develop alternative titles and first frames around one clear promise. Match the opening to that promise so the packaging does not overstate the content.

03 / Test one hypothesis at a time

Choose a comparable content set, change one packaging variable, and review qualified discovery alongside retention. Record the date, distribution conditions, and audience differences. Do not attribute every change in views to the creative alone.

EVIDENCE TO ADD / Original assets, channel baseline, test variants, and observed results. No measured outcome is claimed here.
